About the event

We are welcoming Karly from With Grace Therapy to our Have a Coffee with...series!


Karly is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Certified Gottman Therapist with more than a decade of experience supporting couples, families, and individuals through every season of life. She brings deep training in both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, helping couples understand the roots of their conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection - including when navigating infidelity, addiction, trauma, or big life transitions. Karly also works systemically with families, exploring communication patterns, intergenerational dynamics, and the unique needs of each family unit. She is especially experienced in blended families, parenting challenges, and supporting families through change.


As a parent herself, Karly understands firsthand the emotional load, joys, and complexities that come with raising children and balancing family life. Her approach is warm, practical, and grounded in helping people feel understood, supported, and…
