Your experience begins with a 60-minute Warm Yin class: a warm, slow and mindful practice that prioritises recovery. Through restorative postures, you will release deep tension, regulate your nervous system, and create space to feel grounded, realigned and restored. This is movement that meets you where you are. Nothing to push through, nothing to perform, just time to slow down and reconnect.
