Service Description
An engaging, hands on session encouraging curiosity, creativity and early learning through play run by Crystal from Messy Monday (instagram @messymonday.co). This session is run in our outdoor area, it is shaded during the session time, please dress your little ones according to the weather, we suggest bringing a spare outfit for the car ride home. Activities may include: - water play - pouring and transferring - imaginative play - taste safe painting - playdough - finger puppets - potions mixing - letter and number exploration This course runs for 5 weeks, limited casual passes are available for purchase for $22.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment: All sensory play sessions must be booked and paid for in full prior to sessions. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Each booking is for one child, please book a place for each child attending. Parents/Guardians do not require a ticket, however, will be required to supervise their child for the session. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cancellations & Refunds: More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit for a future session. Less than 24 hours notice: No refunds or credits will be issued. No-shows: No refunds or credits. If we cancel a session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you'll receive a full refund or credit. We'll notify you as soon as possible. 3. Absences: Missed sessions due to illness or other reasons cannot be refunded or rebooked. 4. Safety & Supervision: Guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the sensory play session. Mum Hub x Elate/Messy Monday are not liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property that occurs on premises (indoor or outdoor). Please keep unwell children at home to prevent germ spread. If a child becomes unwell during a session, we may ask you to leave. Respect our play equipment and other families. 5. Outdoor Sessions: Most messy play sessions at Mum Hub x Elate are held outdoors. Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Mum Hub x Elate and Messy Monday are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during outdoor play. Please prepare for outdoor conditions by bringing: sunscreen, a hat, a refillable water bottle, and any other items needed for sun safety and comfort. By booking sensory play, you acknowledge these requirements and agree to take full responsibility for your child’s safety and wellbeing during the session. 6. Cafe Etiquette: Food and drinks purchased elsewhere are not permitted. Please do not allow your children to take food into the designated sensory play area, notify us or clean up any spills or mess you make. 7. Social Media: We love capturing the joy and connection that fills our space, and we may share or repost photos and videos of your little ones on our Mum Hub x Elate social media platforms. If you do not consent to photos or videos shared of your little ones on social media, please inform staff upon arrival to Mum Hub x Elate.
