Service Description
Ready for a playdate? Our open play sessions are designed to be a stress-free and fun experience for both you and your under-5s. We've created a safe and secure environment where your child can explore, learn, and play independently or with your guidance. The entire space is visible from our cafe seating, and we've even placed couches within the play area so you can stay close if needed. Your booking provides your child with unlimited access to: -Active play on our soft play climber - Imaginative play in our home cubby (with a deluxe play kitchen) and shop/cafe cubby - Creative play with a weekly activity on our activity table and our magnetic play wall - Quiet time in our cozy reading nook - Motor skill development with our mini city rug, busy boards, and toy shelf We also have a separate space specifically for our youngest visitors who aren't yet walking, featuring age-appropriate toys, pull-up bars, an activity cube, mirrors, and sensory play to help them learn and grow.

Cancellation Policy
Thanks for choosing to play with us at Mum Hub x Elate! Please read our policy carefully before booking. 1. Booking & Payment: All play sessions must be booked and paid for in full prior to sessions. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Each booking is for one child, please book a place for each child attending. Parents/Guardians do not require a ticket. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cancellations & Refunds: More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit for a future session. Less than 24 hours notice: No refunds or credits will be issued. No-shows: No refunds or credits. If we cancel a session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you'll receive a full refund or credit. We'll notify you as soon as possible. 3. Absences: Missed sessions due to illness or other reasons cannot be refunded or rebooked. 4. Safety & Supervision: Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the session. Mum Hub x Elate is not liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property that occurs on premises. Please keep unwell children at home to prevent germ spread. If a child becomes unwell during a session, we may ask you to leave. Respect our play equipment and other families. 5. Cafe Etiquette: Food and drinks purchased elsewhere are not permitted. Please do not allow your children to take food into the play area, notify us or clean up any spills or mess you make. 6. Social Media: We love capturing the joy and connection that fills our space, and we may share or repost photos and videos of your little ones on our Mum Hub x Elate social media platforms. If you do not consent to photos or videos shared of your little ones on social media, please inform staff upon arrival to Mum Hub x Elate. No questions asked, no awkwardness, we will ensure your wishes are respected.
