Service Description
Our newly updated toddler group sits beautifully somewhere between a playgroup and a mums group. Hosted in our downstairs open play area, these sessions give your little ones the freedom to explore, climb, imagine, and play safely and unassisted, all whilst you connect with other mums who are right in the thick of toddlerhood too. Each group is hosted by Beth and Cass, who are there to guide conversation, help you feel at ease, and make sure you have plenty of opportunities to build real, meaningful connections. Toddler mum life is full of big feelings, big questions, and there really isn’t a lot of time to sit still. Instead of a traditional mums group with weekly structured presentations, we are introducing a more flexible, mum-friendly rhythm. What this looks like: • Fortnightly “Have a Coffee with a Professional” sessions (think nutritionist, sleep consultant etc). • A relaxed chance to sit, chat, and ask questions while your toddlers play. No formal presentations and no pressure, these are real conversations with trusted professionals. • Connection-focused weeks with Beth and Cass • On alternate weeks, we will guide with “big questions” about motherhood to spark connection, reflection, and a few laughs along the way. • Every week, your toddlers will have the opportunity to play, explore, learn, and move in our open play space, with plenty of room for their growing independence. • In Week 10 we will be joined by our beautiful in-house photographer, Tay, for Mama & Mini photoshoots! As always, every mama joining our toddler groups receives: • A Mum Hub x Elate tote bag filled with products, samples, and discount codes from generous Sunshine Coast and Australia-wide brands! • A free coffee on us! • A supportive community of mums navigating the same season of motherhood.

Cancellation Policy
1. Registration and Payment: Bookings for the Mums Group close strictly when all spots are filled, whichever comes first. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received and you have received a confirmation email from us. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation by Participant: Once the program has commenced: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance or withdrawal from the group. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While our policy is strict once the program commences, we may consider partial credit for a future group on a case-by-case basis for significant medical emergencies (with a doctor's certificate) or other exceptional situations. This is at the sole discretion of Mum Hub x Elate. Cancellation by Organiser: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the Mums Group (e.g., due to insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified at least 3 days prior to the start date, and a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants due to the cancellation of the group. 3. Transfers and Absences: No Transfers: Bookings are non-transferable to another person or to a future Mums Group once confirmed, except under the extenuating circumstances outlined above. Missed Sessions: No refunds or pro-rata payments will be made for missed sessions, regardless of the reason for absence. We encourage you to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the program. Catch-up Sessions: We cannot guarantee catch-up sessions for missed weeks, where possible we can offer a make up slot at the discretion of Mum Hub x Elate. Privacy Policy: We collect personal information for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you about the Mums Group. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By registering for Mums Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
