These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mum Hub x Elate website and the booking of any sessions, events, class packs, memberships, or gift vouchers through it. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Mum Hub x Elate provides classes, sessions, and events for mums, families, and children, including Open Play, Mum's Group, Learning & Laughing, and one-off events such as Dads Club and The Fatherhood Edit. Bookings are managed through our online booking system.
2. Bookings
All bookings are made through our online scheduling system and are subject to availability.
Full payment (or applicable deposit) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Class packs and memberships are subject to the validity period and terms specified at the time of purchase and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session or event due to insufficient numbers, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, you will be offered a rebooking, credit, or refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit unless due to exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

4. Health, Safety, and Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children during sessions and events unless the session is explicitly advertised as supervised/drop-off care.
Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs prior to attending so we can accommodate them where possible.
By attending a session or event, you acknowledge there is an inherent element of risk in physical play activities, and you participate at your own risk.
5. Code of Conduct
We ask all attendees to treat staff, facilitators, and other families with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or future bookings to anyone who behaves inappropriately, endangers others, or breaches this code of conduct.
6. Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos during sessions and events for marketing purposes (social media, website, email marketing). If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate this where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Mum Hub x Elate and may not be reproduced without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mum Hub x Elate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or attendance at our sessions and events. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-Party Services
Our booking system (Acuity Scheduling) and payment processing are provided by third parties. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website or booking of sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
