Australian First Aid Institute Co-Founders
Australian First Aid Institute are hosting a practical first aid awareness session at Mum Hub x Elate!
After welcoming Chris and Janke into our Term 3 mums groups, we are so excited to have them back to deliver baby‑focused first aid awareness training on Thursday 1 October 2026.
Australian First Aid Institute specialise in CPR, first aid and emergency response training delivered by experienced emergency nurses. Their courses support educators, workplaces and individuals, and they also provide specialised training for NDIS providers and support workers to meet mandatory skills and compliance requirements.
Session Details
Two classes: 9:30am and 11:00am
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Upstairs at Mum Hub!
Focus: Baby basics
Cost: $30
Who is it for?
Perfect for new parents wanting peace of mind, or anyone needing a refresher. Everyone is welcome!

Mini Moves is hosted at Mum Hub weekly in Term 4 on Tuesdays and Fridays!
A fun 1 hour movement class for ages 1–4 where children explore music through dancing, singing, and props.

Join us for the next session in our Have a Coffee With… series! This is a relaxed, mum friendly chance to chat with a trusted professional while your little one plays freely in our cosy open play space. Our October guest is Beth, a qualified speech pathologist!

A space for dads to catch up and let the kids run wild!
We spend most of our time looking after our local Mummas, but we know how important it is for Dads to have the option to interact and chat as well.

LADIES, this one is for you!
Before the busy‑ness of the festive season begins, join us for a slow, creative moment dedicated to creativity, coffee, and connection.
Guided by the gorgeous ladies from Bespoke By You (@bespokebyyou), you will design and create your very own high‑quality piece of jewellery. Hosted at Mum Hub x Elate (@mumhubxelate) outside of hours, your ticket includes a coffee and a sweet treat, plus all equipment and materials needed to craft your meaningful masterpiece. No kids allowed - this time is purely for adults!
This workshop is your chance to pause, play, and make something beautiful with your own hands. Come solo, bring a friend, or even bring your mum…it is simply a gorgeous way to spend a few hours.

Celebrate the magic of fatherhood with a relaxed, heartfelt mini photo session designed just for dads and their little legends. These sessions are all about connection - the play, the cuddles, the quiet moments, the way they look at you like you hung the moon. The memories you are usually too busy making to ever capture (or, to ever capture not on Mum's iphone!)
